These Terms govern your use of https://tavolena.shop and purchases from tavolena, operated by JENNIFERQ LLC.

Using Our Store

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use the website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, misuse payment methods, or interfere with the store’s operation.

Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information. Colors may vary slightly between screens, but products must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal standards.

If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept it earlier.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of unavailability, a material listing error, or a legitimate payment or fraud concern, we will notify you. Any payment collected for an order we decline or cancel will be refunded promptly.

Payment methods and the total payable amount are displayed at checkout.

Prices, Shipping, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website or at checkout.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal over US$30 after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. For orders of US$30 or less, the applicable shipping charge is shown before payment. For checkout in another currency, eligibility is based on the store’s converted equivalent of US$30.

Applicable sales taxes, VAT, and import duties are included in the displayed product prices or absorbed by tavolena. We do not add a separate tax charge at checkout or require customers to pay import duties or clearance charges on delivery. Any shipping charge is disclosed separately.

If a carrier requests an unexpected tax or import payment, contact us so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.

The delivery estimate and any applicable shipping charge must be presented before purchase. Where a delivery period exceeding 30 days requires your agreement under applicable law, we will obtain that agreement before completing the order.

If dispatch is delayed beyond our stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised dispatch date or canceling for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by law.

Returns and Consumer Rights

We offer free returns requested within 30 days after delivery, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Mandatory rights relating to cancellations, faulty goods, delivery, and refunds continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms removes protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

Content owned by or licensed to tavolena is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not commercially reproduce protected content without authorization.

Third-party services, including payment services, may have additional terms. Those terms do not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

Liability

We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from purchases made for personal use.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, except where mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.

If you live in the UK or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory local consumer protections, you retain those protections and any right to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.

Updates and Contact

Changes to these Terms apply prospectively. The version in effect when your order is accepted governs that purchase unless a change is legally required or separately agreed.
